⭐ Installing curtains, roller blinds, Japanese panels, bars, rails, awnings or other sun protection products in the home, office, commercial premises or any other space may seem very simple. For it to be perfect, it depends on many factors and above all on the dimensions of the product, whether it is manually or mechanically operated, and on professional factors such as knowledge of the product being installed and the use of appropriate tools and fixings.

⭐ It is clear that many people or handymen are able to do it correctly on their own. But very few obtain the quality results that our professional installers guarantee: symmetry, correct height, impeccable drilling, knowledge of the product, cleanliness and the official manufacturer's guarantee.

⭐ Currently, the professional installation service, through online contracting together with the curtains or blinds purchased in the order, can be contracted directly if the installation location is:

✔ Province of Barcelona, Bizkaia, Valencia, Pontevedra, Seville

⭐ If the installation location is different from these provinces in which the system automatically calculates the installation cost, you can send us an email to our CUSTOMER SERVICE with your installation address and the order you want to place. And we will provide you with an installation quote.

⭐ Depending on the type of work and quantity of products, our professional installers have traveled to install our products throughout the national territory, including installations in neighboring countries such as Portugal and France. HOW AND WHERE TO CONTRACT THE PRO INSTALLATION SERVICE

INSTALACIÓN PRO

⭐ Once you have your curtains, blinds or awnings in your shopping cart, you must proceed as if it were a normal online purchase. Enter your personal data, the shipping address (installation location) and billing address. And depending on where the installation address is (shipping address) and the distance to the nearest Official installer, the system will calculate the installation cost for all the products in the basket, including measurement and travel.

✔ Continue with the purchase process by making the payment.

✔ Your order including installation is confirmed.

✔ We will process your order and call you to arrange a visit from our installer to your home.

What does the installation include?

Visit from our professional installer to confirm the measurements provided for the order or to correct them

✔ Our installer will contact you to schedule a visit in which we will confirm the measurements you have provided in your order.

✔ If there is any measurement variation that increases or decreases the amount of the order you have processed on our website; we will proceed to make the corresponding credit or charge for the difference with the requested price.

✔ If installation is not possible, we will refund the total amount of the order minus the cost of the measurement and travel, which will be calculated based on €0.67/km round trip + €53.00 Measurement. (VAT not included)

Travel is included in the installation price

✔ In the event that the installation fee has to be increased after the measurement has been made and the customer does not accept, the total amount of the order will be refunded, reduced by the amount of the measurement and travel. In case of acceptance, we will charge you the difference.

Disassembly, if applicable, of the previous product.

✔ Disassembly, if applicable, of the old blind, curtain rod or rail where the new folding or roller blind, Venetian blind, Japanese panel, vertical slat curtain, etc. is to be installed.

✔ Dismantling of the old awning, if any, or other outdoor products is not included

✔ Dismantling will be confirmed in the prior measurement by the installer

✔ Complex dismantling can be carried out with an increase in the budget.

✔ Removal of old dismantled products is not included.

Installation and start-up of the new manual or motorized sun protection product

✔ The products will be left working and their use will be explained in the case of motorized products, and/or sensors.

✔ The professional will leave the client's curtains hanging whenever the client requests it.

Scaffolding and auxiliary means are not included.

✔ If they are necessary for the measurement and subsequent installation, these will be quoted separately.

✔ If the installation of the installations exceeds 3m in height, it will be necessary to hire a scaffold that is not included in the price. This must be discussed with the installer beforehand.

✔ Any auxiliary means needed for the correct installation of the products are not included in the price.

No electrical installation will be carried out

✔ We are professional sun protection installers. We are not electricians. We only connect our products with the connection points that will be correctly located and accessible according to the instructions of our installers.

✔ We will not carry out any type of electrical installation (corrugated pipes, cable runs, watertight junction boxes, gutters, etc.

Masonry, electricity, painting work, etc. are not included

✔ It is necessary to provide safe and strong anchoring points to ensure correct fixing of the supports of our products.

✔ Our tilting blocks support the weight of our interior products and their correct operation on plasterboard or false ceilings. Although sometimes we find ceilings that do not have the appropriate thickness or have not been installed/manufactured correctly, so it is possible that they cannot be installed on them or may cause problems unrelated to the installation over time and with use.

It will not be installed on a false ceiling if it is not suitable to support the weight of the product

✔ We are specialized in installing blinds and rails on false ceilings or plasterboard. For this we use a type of nylon tilting plug for heavy loads in plasterboard, Fischer brand model Duotec 10 Ref. 537258.

✔ Our installations made with this type of plugs do not fall. They can only fall due to misuse or a false ceiling that is not manufactured or installed correctly.
